- Must be physically located within the Hilton Head area
- Must demonstrate a proven track record of outstanding customer service
We proudly support new businesses. Startups may be listed for an initial one-year period. To maintain your listing beyond that time, your business must meet the rating standards below and consistently demonstrate excellence worthy of being called “The Best.”
Rating Requirements
Tours & Activities, Things to Do, Drinks & Sweets, and Services (including photography, spas, etc.)- Must maintain a 4.7-star rating or higher across all major review platforms
Restaurants
- Must maintain a 4.5-star rating or higher across all major review platforms
